The Cuisinart Griddle & Grill has 2 sets of removable, dishwasher-safe plates. The Grill plate, with its projections, will leave marks on steaks or paninis. The smooth Plancha plate will be perfect for eggs and pancakes. One plate of each can be used simultaneously for a complete breakfast.
Its 240°C sears steaks and cooks them in just a few minutes, and the temperature setting allows for gentler cooking of fish and vegetables. Its rapid heating and temperature stability provide professional cooking results, whatever the recipe. The high-quality non-stick coating is perfect for healthier cooking, with very little fat, and a drawer to collect cooking juices.
When used closed, the floating hinges allow the top to gently press down on the ingredient, without crushing it. In open use, for more fragile foods, we also have a double cooking surface. The timer will allow you to control the cooking time.
