Aware Mode with ActiveSense For a more balanced audio experience you can activate Aware Mode with ActiveSense. This mode combines your audio with the ambient sounds around you, but if those sounds get too loud, ActiveSense will increase noise cancellation to keep ambient sound at an acceptable volume.
Full Transparency Activating the full transparency feature makes it sound as if you aren't wearing any headphones at all. This allows you to place an order or carry on a conversation without having to take out your QuietComfort earbuds.
